This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Tradeling.com website or any mobile applications operated by Blink Technologies FZCO and its affiliates ("Tradeling").
Tradeling does not accept returned items directly. Currently, all returns are arranged with the Seller through our Customer Service team. Please contact Customer Service to initiate a return.
After an item has been returned to the Seller, it will take us 2-3business days to process a refund.
A Seller may determine that a refund can be issued without returning an item. If you are not required to send your item back for a refund, you will be notified by our Customer Service team.
